Restaurant cleanout near the old brick storefronts
We got a call from a small restaurant owner off the Chinatown neighborhood streets after a late-night equipment failure left broken shelving, wet cardboard, and old prep materials stacked in the alley. The morning air still held that greasy, sour smell, and the bins were already half-blocking a tight service lane behind a 1950s brick building. Our crew had to work around foot traffic, parked cars, and a delivery window that didn’t leave much room for error. If we dragged our feet, the mess would back up the alley and slow the whole block.
We rolled in with a low-profile dumpster that fit the lane and kept our footing clear around the loading area. I directed the crew to separate the heavy metal, the damp cardboard, and the busted shelving so we could load it fast without tearing up the pavement. We kept the area open for the next vendor truck and swept the loose debris before pulling out. The owner got their alley back, the kitchen got reset, and the morning rush kept moving without a pileup.
You came in, cleared the alley fast, and saved our morning service.
